Cricket is a religion in India !

You ask any band of youngsters (any age group), which sports you play / watch the most …we know “obvious answer is cricket”.

Objective is not to criticize cricket as a sport, we ourselves are cricket fans, but it is important to look over to the other side of the fence and take a holistic view.

We have to do a paradigm shift from this (cricket) mind set.

It was pleasing to see the recent Common Wealth or Asian Games results, but do not forget the real and wider picture, we are yet to prove our might in any following team games, may it be ….Football, Hockey, Basketball, Volleyball, Tennis ?

We at PEC are exploring all possible opportunities to be provided to our youngsters in excelling in any Game and Sports, which eventually will provide a wider base of sportsmen in each discipline.
