  What we intend to do:<\/strong> <\/p>\n

  We intend to inculcate 3 basic lessons, we call it, \u2018 PCC \u2018 > Participation, Contribution & Competition<\/p>\n

  Participation:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0Skill to accomplish a goal, and takes you beyond the realms of Individual possibility (Discover yourself)<\/p>\n

  Contribution<\/strong>:<\/u>\u00a0Contribution towards deciding and attainment of goals. Offering your skills to the team \u201c to make it better\u201d.<\/p>\n

  Competition:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0To compete within the rules, respecting them, learning with restraints with the help of referrers, coaches, peers.<\/p>\n

  This team building initiative is based on optimizing mind power using radiant thinking through fun filled indoor and outdoor activities. Individual team members will learn to work together as a team, utilizing available resources and focusing on achieving their shared goals.<\/p>\n

  Program Structure:<\/strong> <\/p>\n

  Our program is all about brains and brawn with activities testing team members\u2019 mental work and physical strength.<\/p>\n

  Round I : Physical Activities :<\/u>\u00a0Physical exercise is any bodily activity that enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness. It is performed for various reasons including strengthening muscles and the cardiovascular system, honing athletic skills, weight loss or maintenance, as well as for the purpose of enjoyment (Examples : Crazy Relay\u2019s, Throws and Jumps, etc)<\/p>\n

  Round II : Intellectual Activities :<\/u>\u00a0When a individual\/team uses his thoughts and reasoning to solve problems. People can be viewed as intellectuals by their political and economic thoughts and ideas. (Examples: Team Quiz, Jig Saw Puzzles)<\/p>\n

  Round III : Skill Based Activities :<\/u>\u00a0An ability and capacity acquired through deliberate, systematic, and sustained effort to smoothly and adaptively carryout complex activities or job functions involving ideas (cognitive skills), things (technical skills), and\/or people (interpersonal skills) (Examples: Nutcrackers, One Minute showdown)<\/p>\n
